The breakfast was OK, but I think they can do better .

The food for me was not good enough,

The view was amazing, comfy bed and a lot of space

There was no possibility to turn off the light in the wardrobe.

Everything was good. Except for the number of coffee and coffee mate packs. For an apartment of 4 people there definitely needs to be more than 2 packs of coffee mate. atleast.

We just stayed for 12hs. to spend the night after a flight. The apartments are very spacious and a lot of necessary things like washing machine, microwave, fridge, etc. Very convenient.

Not much to say actually but we requested an extra shower towel because there was only one, and they never brought it, and I had to call twice for an iron and that it took like 40 minutes to arrive.

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable and relaxing

Undermanned staff. They give excellent service but you will need to wait for your turn

The staff tries to accommodate in everything, they are very nice and the gentleman who cleaned our place was perfect the swimming pool, as far as the cleanliness of the water is concerned

The hotel's best time is over, the furniture is old, the bathroom has a curtain like it was 20 years ago, by the pool there were plastic bags that flew into the water, only 4 old and stained sunbeds, the photo did not match at all.

Hotel was very good, location was excellent, staff found friendly and cooperative.

The only thing I dis-liked and felt insulting that Hotel security twice stopped my guests (real brother and my friend with his all family) to go in to my apartment, as hotel management clearly know that I am also living along my family and coming from Oman to visit Dubai.

They fixed the swimming pool and we're cool for the summer.

The water pressure was lower than last time.

Best value for money in town. Comfortable bed. On our second stay in this hotel, we had our room upgraded. The new room was awesome. Staff was very helpful.

There was low pressure for water and no battery in bedroom tv remote and has to ask for dental and shaving kit. The person at departure didnt bid farewell and was like he dont care.

Everything smells bad and 0 cleanliness! The bedsheets had a weird smell, the carpet was full of stains and the bathroom had a very bad smell.

Upon checking in at the reception I was not welcomed by the staff. And it took a long time for them to give me the keys to the room because they said the room is not ready yet considering that I came at around 2:30 and the check-in time is at 2pm.

Very dissapointing experience. From dirty rooms and restaurant reception to lack of elementary items (towels, toilet paper, warm water etc.) I had to call the reception to receive pretty much everything that was supposed to come with the apt. Didn t even have butter for breakfast in the entire establishment...

The location is decent. There's a Carrefour market close by, the metro isn't too far either. Close to MOE.

I could write a book here: 1. When I checked in, no one offered to take my bags to my room. I dragged them to the room myself. 2. Asked for a prayer mat 3 times. Had to go down to the reception to finally claim it. 3. A friend dropped something for me at the reception. No one had the courtesy to drop it at my room. Had to go down myself to the reception at midnight. 4. First day, I ordered in some food. There was no problem. Second day when I ordered, the delivery guy says the security is saying he's not permitted to enter. That was strange - did the policy change overnight? I then exited my room and saw the delivery guy come out of the elevator - the security guy had now let him in. Dynamic policy making at it's peak. 5. There was no cleaning liquid or cloth for the dishes. Even worse is that housekeeping won't clean the dishes UNTIL you explicitly ask them to. 6. Requested an electric kettle 3 times. Got it the next day. I believe they were busy inventing it. 7. Got a call on the checkout day to confirm if I was checking out. The guy didn't bother asking me whether I needed assistance with my bags. Common hotel courtesy. 8. Upon checkout, I submitted the access card to the reception. The guy was busy on the phone. He just told me "OK thank you, you are good." Didn't offer me to get a taxi, didn't ask how my stay was, didn't assign someone to help me with my bags to the taxi. I felt like a rodent being thrown out.

Value for money. Accommodated my request to check out one day early.

The pool area was closed around 8 AM. Unable to do booking modification in the evening, needed to wait until morning.

The apartment is good and I like it

The room is a special one very perfect and can watch premier league which other hotels here in Dubai,don't have.

cleanliness I like it and the location

reception not friendly on how tjey welcoming us,may be because im asian or whatever all same will pay,kitchen not enough your kitchen tools speacially if you want to cook asian food.big kitchen wear

check-in was very convenient Roses at lubby are fascinating

Every day I have to ask for extra bath towel. We were a couple, but room service only arrange single towel in bath! And same was happening everyday.
